Abstract This office was founded as the Office of Multicultural Affairs, changed in 2002 to The Center for Multicultural Excellence (CME). The functions of this office are, as of 2024, largely fulfilled by both the The Cultural Center, which lives within Student Affairs and the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, which lives within the Chancellor's Office and primarily supports faculty and staff.
